especially Old Hardcore, Happy Hardcore, Drum and Bass,
Jungle and Oldskool Dance Music. If you have a list

Does Classic Trax exchange records?
Classic Trax also exchanges vinyl with customers. If
you have between 1 and 200 records that you want to
exchange, just email the
following information (Artist, Title, Label, Year, Condition)
to Classic Trax for an exchange valuation.
Classic Trax only wants Old Hardcore, Happy Hardcore,
Drum and Bass, Jungle and Oldskool Dance records that
are in very good or mint condition, preferably in their
original covers. If you are offering titles that are
genuinely rare and sought after, you will receive a
very competitve exchange value. Conversely, if you are
offering items that are not in demand or titles that
have recently been repressed, don't get your hopes up!
If you are offered an exchange price on your records,
you will be required to send your records securely packaged
to Classic Trax. Once the records have been received,
you will be informed via email, and you can then select
records to the value of our exchange quote. Please note,
exchanges can only be made against other secondhand
records listed on the site. Exchange credit cannot be
used to purchase new releases, promotional records or
new represses.

This method of postage generally speaking is an extremely reliable local and worldwide service, although it must be made clear that it offers no protection against lost or damaged orders. In the event of orders being lost or damaged whilst in transit, Classic Trax can not be held responsible for replacing goods. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee delivery times as these are technically out of our control.

Compensation For Lost or Damaged Orders
In the unlikely event that your goods are lost
or damaged whilst in transit, we will need to
file a claim on your behalf with the postage
carrier. The claims procedure can take up to
one month before a decision is reached. If the
claim for compensation is paid out, we will contact
you via email to ask if you want your order replaced
(if we still have the stock), or if you would
like a refund. Please note we do not consider
a package lost until 1 month has passed from
when the order was dispatched. If an item in
your order is physically damaged it must be returned
to Classic Trax. The maximum level of compensation
for lost and damaged goods is £28.00.
